Canopies are most commonly installed above entry doors, but they’re also frequently used on balconies and patios. Their purpose is to protect guests and residents from rain and sun, but that’s not all. Under certain circumstances, an entryway canopy can also enhance safety. When snow or icicles fall from the roof, exterior door canopies can protect against impact or reduce its force.
FUNCTIONAL DESIGN
- The side elements supporting the entire structure are made of durable plastic, ensuring resistance to strong gusts of wind.
- The canopy, made of transparent 0.5 cm thick multi-wall polycarbonate, effectively protects against sunlight and precipitation. The appropriate slope and contoured shape allow water and snow to drain freely, preventing excessive load on the canopy.
SAFE INSTALLATION ABOVE DOORS
The canopy must be installed using the sturdy metal fasteners included in the kit . The 4-point fastening system ensures a secure and stable connection to the building wall. The kit includes special metal fasteners in three lengths:

- 24.5 cm
The different lengths allow for installation tailored to the mounting surface; longer fasteners are suitable for insulated walls (e.g., with polystyrene insulation), while shorter ones are suitable for uninsulated walls.
