The MERIDO mattress is based on an insert made of HR NATURALIS, a highly elastic foam. This is an advanced material that ensures sleep stability and comfort. It is characterised by its high flexibility and fire resistance, as well as its lower tensile strength and elongation. Its porous structure ensures excellent ventilation, which helps prevent the growth of fungi and mould. The top side of the mattress is covered with a layer of BUBBLEGUM thermoplastic foam, which has an increased density of V45 compared to conventional viscofoam. This material is popular because it offers maximum comfort and good support for the whole body. Thermoplastic foam adapts very precisely to every centimetre of the body lying on it. The special structure of this raw material makes it react to temperature and pressure. It takes the exact shape of the person lying on it and then returns to its original shape. Both foams are incorporated into the SILVERCARE BORDER COSIDO coating by adding fibres with silver ions. These increase moisture absorption, while the active silver ions kill mites, fungi and moulds and limit the excessive growth of unwanted bacteria. The innovative SonicPic fabric quilting allows airflow and ventilation of the mattress insert. The whole item is trimmed with a decorative decorative strip.
